Jan’s journey with Feldenkrais began when working through her own challenges living with Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Originally from the UK, Jan’s background is in education. She has studied Feldenkrais® in both New Zealand and Europe.
Jan is passionate about enabling people to overcome limitations and live a more flexible, free life.
She offers 1:1 sessions from her home clinic in Dunedin, Otago and plans to start offering group sessions from a community space in the not too distant future.
